This condo complex is a very quiet complex with most owners living in their condos. We prefer longer
rentals but occasionally rent shorter term. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other bedroom has 2
double beds, and the couch is a queen sleeper all linens are included. TVs in both bedrooms and living
room, DVD players in living room and master, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen with microwave,
dishwasher, dishes, pots & pans, coffeemaker etc. The kitchen was completely renovated with all new
appliances, cabinets, lighting and granite counter tops. The master bath has also been gutted and
replaced with a larger all tile with jacuzzi tub and rain drop shower head - it came out awesome!
The condo complex is right on the beach has a large pool with a brand new pool deck with a shared gas
barbeque, exercise room and is in a secure building. My condo has awesome views of the ocean, the
intracoastal and the city from the 19th floor.
A number of restaurants are nearby and the Publix supermarket and CVS pharmacy are right across the
street.
